FERGUS FALLS-Bryce Flanagan finished 4-4 with two doubles, a run and three RBIs and also pitched the Brainerd Warriors to an 11-0 Central Lakes Conference victory over the Fergus Falls Otters Thursday.
Flanagan struck out five and allowed four hits and two walks over six innings helping Brainerd secure a tie with Alexandria for second place in the final conference standings.
Brainerd jumped out early with a 3-0 first inning lead. It tacked on four runs in the fourth and a run in the fifth before finishing the game with a three-run sixth.
Chris Karels was 2-2. Trenton Rushmeyer was 1-3 with a double and an RBI and McCale Peterson scored twice and drove in two runs.
