Two-time World Series champion and former Minnesota Twin Al Newman will speak from 10:30 a.m to noon Saturday, March 26, in the Forestview Middle School gym in Baxter.
Youth coaches and players are welcome to hear Newman speak on many baseball topics related to skills, tactics and the overall approach of players in being successful in baseball and life. Newman and his foundation are supporters of youth activities, especially baseball, throughout Minnesota.
The public is also invited to attend free of charge. The event is being hosted by Brainerd Baseball.
