Baseball: Freshmen split with Fergus Falls

McCale Peterson pitched a complete game with six strikeouts as the Brainerd Warrior freshmen beat Fergus Falls 3-1 in the first game of a doubleheader Friday at Adamson Field.

Tanner Stenglein, Hunter Anderson and Bryce McConnville had the hits for Brainerd.

Fergus Falls won Game Two 14-2. Max Boran tripled for the Warriors. Tucker Jensen was the losing pitcher.
