The St. Mathias Harvest Over 50 baseball team opened its season Sunday with a doubleheader win against the Eden Prairie Saints.

The Harvest won the opener 2-1 as Sev Poser pitched five innings with Chuck Stott coming in for the save.

In the nightcap, the Harvest belted out 15 hits in the 8-4 win. Leading hitters were Terry Brink with four hits and Neil Sather with three.

The Harvest's next game is 1 p.m. July 30 at Prior Lake.
