FERGUS FALLS - Jack Geraets drove in the winning run in Game One and Hanson Devine pitched a complete-game shutout in Game Two as the Brainerd Warriors swept the Fergus Falls Otters 6-5 and 6-0 in a Central Lakes Conference doubleheader Tuesday.
Geraets pitched the final three innings of the opener in relief to earn the win striking out one and walking one, while giving up three hits and an unearned run. Starter Chris Pederson went five innings striking out five, walking two and surrendering four earned runs on eight hits.
The Warriors scored once in the first, once in the fourth and three in the seventh leading up to Geraets' two-out single in the eighth that scored Paul Augustinak with the winning run.
Tristan Brecht and Matt Casperson each went 2-4.
Devine went all seven innings in the nightcap. He struck out five, walked two and allowed four hits.

Brainerd's Tory Miller led off the first with a hit and two walks loaded the bases for Evan Brecht, who drove in two with a single.
Jaden Miller ripped a run-scoring triple in the fourth to make it 3-0 and Brainerd added three insurance runs in the fifth.
