Adam Braun tallied four hits in the Central Lakes College Raiders doubleheader sweep of Rainy River Monday, April 5, in Brainerd.

None of Braun’s hits were bigger than the walk-off two-RBI double he hit in the bottom of the seventh to give the Raiders a 6-5 win in the second game.

Braun also hit a two-RBI triple in the third to have four RBIs in Game Two.

The Raiders scored three runs in the last inning to get the win.

Nolan Notch started the second game for CLC and pitched six innings giving up four runs. Kyle Baker earned the win and allowed one run in his only inning of work.

In the first game, Gunnar Wicklund tallied three extra base hits as the Raiders won the opening game 9-1.

Daevion King pitched a complete game for CLC with seven strikeouts.

Reese Kapsner and Phillip Zynda each blasted a home run in the first game with Kapsner getting four RBIs.

Braun netted two hits including a triple.
