The Brainerd Warriors defeated St. Cloud in the third-place game of the Northwest Conference Tournament Sunday, Feb. 17 at The Cactus in Perham.
After eight qualifying games, four teams advanced to bracket play. In the first round, Brainerd lost to Fergus Falls Maroon before downing St. Cloud.
Four Warriors made the all-conference team. Shakira Warta made first team all-conference and was named Most Valuable Bowler of the conference with the highest percentage of fills at 87.5 percent.
Amaye Houle, Anna Cooper and Jocelyn Koering made the second team all-conference.
Those four will bowl in the all-conference tournament Sunday, March 3 at SpareTime in Owatonna.

Warta also made the state first team having the second-highest percentage of fills in the state.
