Five Brainerd lakes area boys basketball players have been selected among the top 50 in their respective classes by the Minnesota Basketball News.
Brainerd's Joey Sauer made the list in Class 4A. Crosby-Ironton's Jonathan Jacobson and Staples-Motley's Josh Lombard were named in 2A. Brady Raph of Pine River-Backus and Wadena-Deer Creek's Bereket Loer were selected in 1A.
