Nine seniors make up the 12 players selected to this year’s Brainerd Dispatch All-Area Team.
The Brainerd Warriors led the way with two selected to the all-area team. Along with Brainerd, Pine River Backus and Pequot Lakes each grabbed two players on the team.
Players for the all-area team are nominated by their coaches and then selected by the Dispatch Sports Department.
Mannie Ukutegbe, Aitkin senior, center
Finished with 447 points (16.6 per game), 350 rebounds (13.0 per game), 14 assists (0.5 per game), 18 steals and 54 blocked shots. He shot 62% (176-282) from the field, 20% (1-5) from 3-point and 58% (94-162) from the free throw line.

Connor Powers, Brainerd senior, guard

Owen Davis, Brainerd senior, forward

Carsen Turk, Crosby-Ironton sophomore, guard
Finished with 445 points (16.5 per game), 89 rebounds (3.3 per game), 126 assists (4.7 per game) and 59 steals. He shot 39% (150-383) from the field, 32% (55-170) from 3-point and 72% (90-125) from the free throw line.
Alex Gwost, Little Falls senior, guard
Finished with 458 points (17.6 per game), 188 rebounds (7.2 per game), 105 assists (4.0 per game), 41 steals and nine blocked shots. He shot 46% (169-368) from the field, 38% (26-68) from 3-point and 67% (94-141) from the free throw line.
