Boys Basketball: Brainerd ends regular season with win

WILLMAR — Connor Powers led Brainerd with 22 points as the Warriors wrapped up regular season play with a 59-45 Central Lakes Conference win over the Willmar Cardinals Friday, Feb. 28.

Owen Davis added 16 points and six rebounds for the Warriors who trailed 28-25 at halftime.

Jonah Macejkovic came off the bench to grab seven rebounds to go with four points for Brainerd, which beat Willmar 73-41 Jan. 23.
