Teams are needed for the first Wadena-Deer Creek boys basketball alumni game which is scheduled Dec. 19 at the W-DC Middle School/High School Gym.
Alumni are encouraged to form their own teams. Cost is $100 per team.
W-DC head boys basketball coach Kevin Tumberg is organizing the event as a fundraiser for the Wolverines' boys basketball program. Tumberg is a 2010 alum of W-DC and is a second-grade teacher at W-DC Elementary.
