Boys Basketball: Warriors fall to Crimson in a section matchup

ALBERTVILLE — Griffin Rushin turned in a team-high 20 points for the Brainerd Warriors who were defeated 86-68 by the Maple Grove Crimson in a Section 8-4A matchup Saturday, Feb. 1 in the Community Clash at St. Michael-Albertville.

Owen Davis added 15 points for the Warriors followed by Ben Staehling with 14 and Conner Powers with 12.

The 14-3 Crimson outrebounded Brainerd 33-16 and shot a blistering 34-of-52 for 65% from the field.
