Four different Warriors reached double figures and Brainerd shot 17-of-18 from the foul line to dispatch the Cambridge-Isanti Bluejackets 64-42 Saturday at Brainerd High School.
Jack Geraets led the Warriors with 14 points to go with six rebounds, three assists and three steals. Kobe Ahonen recorded 13 points and six rebounds. Michael Russell scored 12 points and Chris Pederson finished with 10 points and six boards.
"we played a nice game against Cambridge and came away with a win against a 4A school," said Warriors head coach Scott Stanfield. "Cambridge played a 1-2-2 match-up zone, which slowed down the pace down at times and created a chopped up game."
Luke West added four assists and six points for the Warriors, who have five straight to move to 7-2 on the season.
