Brainerd keeper Joe Anderholm rejected 18 of the 22 shots he faced, but the Warriors fell to the Sartell Sabres 4-0 Thursday in Central Lakes Conference action.
"Overall I was pleased and it was a significant improvement over our 11-0 loss to Sartell earlier in the season," Brainerd head coach Tony Smith said. "We've been giving up a lot of goals in the early minutes and we played a whole lot better tonight."
Sartell did not find the back of the net until they scored at the 35 and 36 minute marks of the first half. Cullen Chisholm completed a hat trick with two more goals in the second.
