BEMIDJI — Trenton Jackovich scored an unassisted goal 11 minutes into the second half and that was all the undefeated Brainerd Warriors needed to defeat the Bemidji Lumberjacks 1-0 in a non-conference match Tuesday, Sept. 22.
Goalkeeper Brandon Neifert recorded five saves for the Warriors who are 7-0-1 overall.
“Bemidji always plays us tough,” said Brainerd head coach Tom Grausam. “Our boys played hard and competed for every second.
“It was good to get the win because you never know when it will be your last game.”
