Jack Thorkelson powered in three goals and added an assist for the Brainerd Warriors as they crushed the Fergus Falls Otters 8-0 in a Central Lakes Conference game at Adamson Field Thursday, Oct. 4.
Mason Malone tallied two goals for the Warriors in their second-to-last game of the regular season.
Malone opened the scoring in the first with an assist from Thorkelson, who then went on to score off an assist from Kaleb Sundquist. The Warriors' Anthony Menghini also tallied in the first half assisted by Nick Whiteman. Malone put in the closing goal of the first half.
In the second, Thorkelson netted a goal on an assist by Ian Aadland who turned around and scored himself off an assist from Jonah Davis. Thorkelson tallied another goal in the half off of a Noah Ebinger assist. Keenan Hodge ended the scoring with a goal on an assist from Aadland.
