Taylor Shelito punched in the only goal to give the Brainerd Warriors a 1-0 victory over Section 8-2A foe Buffalo in Saturday's game at Adamson Field in Brainerd.
Ben Westerberg assisted on the first-half goal and Warrior goalie Noah Sundberg rejected every Buffalo shot on goal.
"This was a hard fought match for both teams," said Brainerd head coach Tom Grausam. "It was a big section win for us. We should be seeded fourth with a home playoff game."
