Freshman Mason Kuepers and junior Tristan Dawson were named the Brainerd Warriors Most Valuable Swimmers at the team’s end-of-season banquet.
Kuepers advanced to the Class 2A State Meet in both the 200- and 500-yard freestyles. Dawson advanced in the 100 backstroke as well as on the Warriors’ 200 medley and 400 freestyle relays.
Connor Lund was honored with the Warrior Award. Dylan Paulson was named the Most Improved.
The Rookie of the Year honor went to Nolan Thiese and Iron Man Awards went to Cade Rosenwald, Lance Zemke, Kuepers and Baden Bastien.
