Boys Tennis: Warriors suffer first conference loss

Brainerd hosts Alexandria Thursday, April 29

Ben Bobert and the No. 2 doubles team of Clark Haglin-Noah Madsen came away with victories for the Brainerd Warriors in 5-2 Central Lakes Conference loss to the Alexandria Cardinals Thursday, April 29, at Brainerd High School.

It’s the first conference loss for the Warriors who saw Boberg rally out last his No. 4 singles opponent for a 6-4, 1-6, 7-6 (2) victory.

Haglin-Madsen won their doubles match 5-7, 6-4 (10).

Matthew Moraghan and the No. 1 doubles team of RJ Campbell-Kalrton Anderson forced a third set in their matches.
