The Brainerd Blast 12U girls soccer team defeated Boreal FC 2-1 in overtime to capture the All American Cup June 18-20 in Blaine.

Brainerd opened the tournament Friday, June 18 with a 6-1 victory over Minneapolis United. On Saturday, Brainerd opened with a 3-3 tie with Boreal FC and then defeated Blaine SC 8-2.

In the semifinals Sunday, June 20, Brainerd topped Gitchi Gummi Soccer Club 7-1 to advance to the finals.
