Gunnar Wicklund of the Central Lakes College Raiders baseball team and Raider softball players Jenna Gratz, Sarah Kossan and Cassidy Zontelli were named to the Minnesota College Athletic Conference Elite Team.
The award recognizes student-athletes who combined outstanding academic and athletic performance through the 2020-2021 season. Honorees must have earned MCAC All-Academic as well as All-Division, All-Conference, All-Region or All-American honors. There were a total of 38 student-athletes who earned the award.
Earning spring MCAC All-Academic honors from CLC were Adam Braun, Luke Girtz, Justin Houge, Thomas Kossan, Ronaldo Martin, Michael McGraw, Juan Ramirez, Rylee Rauch, Preston Rocheleau, Jackson Suska, Jamie Werne, Gunnar Wicklund, Jenna Gratz, Katelyn Johnson, Sarah Kossan, Rebecca Maurer, Chloe Munsch, Koral Tepley-King, Haley Youngbauer and Cassidy Zontelli.
