College Baseball: Raiders roll into second playoff weekend

Central Lakes competed in the Region 13 Tournament.

ST. CLOUD — Kyle Baker blew up Saturday, May 14.

The Central Lakes College third baseman went 3-5 with a double, home run and four RBIs as the Raiders powered past Century College 9-1 in the Region 13 playoffs.

Derin Gaudette was 3-5 with a double, triple and two RBIs. Erubiel Ozuna doubled and finished 2-5 with two runs. Gunnar Wicklund was 2-5 with an RBI and two runs scored.

Adam Braun and Leo Villa both collected two hits for the 27-13 Raiders.

CLC’s Noah Cekalla allowed one run on four hits and three walks over eight innings. He struck out three.
