Preston Rocheleau and Gunnar Wicklund helped the Central Lakes College Raiders sweep the Minnesota College Athletic Conference weekly awards for the Central Division.
Rocheleau, a sophomore pitcher from Pierz, was named the pitcher of the week after he threw a complete-game five-hitter Saturday, April 3, against Anoka-Ramsey.
In seven innings, Rocheleau gave up one earned run and went 3-7 and scored three runs at the plate in the 6-4 victory.
Wicklund, a freshman catcher from Brainerd High School, collected a hit in all six games CLC played last week, including four three-hit games. He finished 14-of-25 with four home runs, two doubles and 12 RBIs helping CLC win four of its six games.
The Raiders will next play Saturday, April 10 at Northland Community and Technical College.
