Brainerd graduate Beth Etterman of East Gull Lake placed first on 1-meter diving with a score of 283.10 points Friday for the University of Minnesota as the Gophers competed against Michigan, Wisconsin and Penn State.
Saturday, Etterman placed third on the 3-meter board with 252.05. Minnesota finished 2-3-4 in the three-meter competition.
Up next for the Gophers is the Minnesota Diving Invite Nov. 11-13 at the Aquatics Center in Minneapolis.
