College Football: Haeg, 3 other Bison on AP FCS All-America Team

FARGO - North Dakota State University left tackle Joe Haeg and three teammates were named to the Associated Press Football Championship Subdivision All-America team Wednesday.

FARGO - North Dakota State University left tackle Joe Haeg and three teammates were named to the Associated Press Football Championship Subdivision All-America team Wednesday.

Teammates joining the Brainerd High School graduate on the first team were defensive end Kyle Emanuel and strong safety Colten Heagle. Bison kicker Adam Keller was named to the third team.

Earlier this week Haeg was named to the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) All-America team.

Emanuel and Heagle were previously named to AFCA and Walter Camp All-America teams.

No. 2 seed North Dakota State (13-1) hosts Sam Houston State (11-4) in an NCAA FCS semifinal game at 7:10 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19, at Gate City Bank Field at the Fargodome.
