College Football: Raiders suffer road loss to Minnesota West

The Central Lakes College Raiders hit the road to face Minnesota West in Worthington.

WORTHINGTON — Ethan Guerra finished with seven catches for 96 yards and scored the lone touchdown for the Central Lakes College Raiders in a 21-8 loss to Minnesota West Saturday, Sept. 17.

Guerra’s scoring play covered 15 yards. CLC quarterback Matt Torres finished with 203 yards on 17-of-40 passing.

Both teams turned the ball over three times. CLC outgained Minnesota West 321 yards to 285.

Ashton Hanan led the Raiders with six tackles and he also forced a fumble. Rashad Sherwood intercepted a pass and Devin Jones recovered two fumbles.
