Addie Sanford and Cassidy Zontelli led the offense as Central Lakes split a two-game series with St.Cloud Tech Thursday, April 15 in Brainerd.
The Cyclones took the first game 8-4 and the Raiders won a 6-5 walk-off thriller in the second game.
In Game One, Sanford connected on a home run and finished with two hits and three RBIs while pitching seven innings. She struck out four. Jenna Gratz, Zontelli and Sarah Kossan each picked up two hits.
Heading to the seventh inning of Game Two, the Raiders trailed 5-4 when Gratz hit a
lead-off double and scored on Zontelli’s third hit of the game. Zontelli moved to third and scored on a game-winning hit from Sanford into the gap for the 6-5 win.

The win went to Gratz who pitched seven innings. She gave up five runs on six hits.
Zontelli collected three hits and Sanford notched a double and three RBIs. Gratz and Kossan each collected two hits as CLC improved to 2-7 overall.
