TITUSVILLE, Fla.-Lisa Kossan finished 4-4 with a home run and three RBIs and Kallie Plantenberg threw a complete game to lift the Central Lakes College Raiders to a season-opening 6-4 win over Anoka-Ramsey Friday, March 8.
The Raiders suffered an 11-0 loss to Macomb in Game Two of their opener.
CLC allowed seven unearned runs in the first inning and never recovered against Macomb. Cassidy Zontelli, Kossan and Brianna Meyer each collected multiple hits.
Mammenga was tagged with the loss. She allowed 11 runs, four earned on eight hits and two walks. She struck out one.
In Game One, Meyer finished with two runs and Plantenberg was 1-2 with two RBIs and a walk. Mammenga went 3-1 with two runs and an RBI and Sam Schimpp added a double.

Plantenberg struck out one, walked one and allowed four earned runs on 10 hits.
