ROSEMOUNT-The number 15 was a good one for the Central Lakes College Raiders Saturday, March 30.
CLC dispatched Riverland 15-7 and then clipped Hibbing 15-3 to improve to 4-6 on the season.
Lindsay Hendrickson and Brianna Meyer drove in most of the damage from their No. 3 and 4 spot in the lineup against Riverland. Meyer went 4-4 with five RBIs, three doubles and three runs scored. Hendrickson smashed a home run and a double and went 3-5 with five RBIs and a run scored.
Lisa Kossan also hit a home run and finished 1-2.
Haley Youngbauer scored four times from her leadoff spot. She went 3-4 with an RBI. Cassidy Zontelli was 4-4 with three runs and an RBI and Kallie Plantenberg was 2-4 with an RBI.

Sam Schimpp pitched her first victory of the season. She pitched all six innings and allowed seven runs, three earned, on six hits and four walks. She struck out four.
Against Hibbing, Kali Mammenga secured her first win. She allowed three runs, one earned, on four hits and one walk. She struck out five.
Meyer went 3-3 with three runs and two RBIs and Schimpp drove in four runs on 2-3 batting with two runs scored and a triple.
Mammenga and Kossan both hit home runs. Kossan finished 2-2 with three RBIs. Zontelli was 3-4 with a run and an RBI and Youngbauer was 2-4 with two runs.
Sydney Forbord and Nichelle Henderson each drove in two runs and Plantenberg was 2-3 with an RBI and two runs scored.
