BROOKINGS, S.D.-Brian Huber won the long jump for the Minnesota State University Moorhead men's track and field team Friday at the South Dakota State Division II Invite.
Huber won at 24-6 ¼, the third-best long jump in Division II this season, the best in the NSIC and an NCAA provisional-qualifying mark. The effort was a season-best for the junior from Staples, whose indoor best is 24-11 set in 2016.
MSUM senior Devin Strack of Pillager was fourth in the triple jump at 43-3.25.
The Dragons are scheduled to compete at the Concordia Cobber Duals Saturday, Jan. 28.
