Sam Schlangen of Central Lakes College was named the MCAC Northern Division All-Around Player of the Week ending Sept. 27.
The all-around effort by the 5-7 sophomore from Paynesville paced the Raiders (9-7 overall, 5-1 North) to a pair of division wins last week. She had 24 kills (3.43 per game) while hitting .462.
In addition, she had 46 assists (6.57), 18 digs (2.57) five blocks (0.7) and four aces (.57).
