THIEF RIVER FALLS - Ashton Kapphahn knocked down 10 kills, scooped 11 digs and tipped 11 set assists in Central Lakes Raiders' Northern Division loss Wednesday to Northland.

The Pioneers won the match three games to one, giving the sixth-ranked Raiders their first division loss of the season.

Sam Schlangen tipped 27 set assists and scooped 18 digs while Cassie Shaver record 19 digs for CLC.

"We played to inconsistently," said head coach Jane Peterson. "That was really the problem and we need to work on fixing that."
