College Volleyball: Raiders win 2 on the road

CLOQUET — Sixteen ace serves helped the Central Lakes College make quick work of Fond du Lac Saturday, Oct. 15, as the Raiders improved to 10-5 in the North Divison with a 3-0 victory.

Tori Plemel led the Raiders with four ace serves. Megan Rinicker finished with nine kills, one ace serve, three digs and two blocks and Grace Peabody added 17 set assists and six digs.

Gabbie Enneking contributed three ace serves as did Ellie Sutton. Enneking also tallied a team-high seven digs.

ELY —Grace Peabody finished with 30 set assists and a team-high 19 digs as the Central Lakes College Raiders defeated Vermilion 3-1 Friday, Oct. 14.

Peabody’s top targets were Megan Rinicker who finished with 16 kills and four blocks and Morgan Majerus who added 12 kills, three ace serves, five digs and a block.
