St. Cloud State's Clint Poster of Pierz was one of two individuals to receive the D2Wrestle.com National Wrestler of the Week award.
Poster earned NSIC Wrestler of the Week honors after winning the 157-pound bracket in the Harold Nichols Open at Iowa State University on Nov. 8. On the day, Poster scored a 5-0 record for the Huskies.
For his efforts, Poster was the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Wrestler of the Week this week.
Poster is a two-time All-American and is currently ranked No. 2 in the nation among NCAA Division II wrestlers at 157 pounds.
SCSU is ranked fifth in the nation among D-II squads and is the three-time defending NSIC champion. The Huskies placed sixth at the 2014 Division II championships and were the Division II runner-up in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
