Curling: Softball players invited to try curling

All Brainerd Parks and Recreation softball players are invited to Softball Night at the Brainerd Lakes Curling Club at the Crow Wing County Fairgrounds Fran Holden Curling Arena from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17.

All Brainerd Parks and Recreation softball players are invited to Softball Night at the Brainerd Lakes Curling Club at the Crow Wing County Fairgrounds Fran Holden Curling Arena from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17.

There is no charge to give curling a try. The curling club will have instructors on hand to educate and assist your team on curling and will supply all necessary equipment. Participants just need warm clothes. Clean flat-soled shoes (sneakers) are recommended.

There will be drawings for prizes, a full cash bar and information for you on curling.
