Dance Team: Brainerd scores two thirds

BURNSVILLE - Two thirds in competition No. 1 for Brainerd as it placed third in high kick and jazz during Saturday's Burnsville invite.

Brainerd scored 353 points to finish third in high kick. Lakeville North won the competition with 388 points followed by Burnsville in second at 361. Brainerd scored high on visual effect and creativity and poisted the second high score on formations and transitions and choreography and combinations.

In Jazz, Brainerd scored 351 points out of 500 possible points. Brainerd's Routine Effectiveness and Visual effectiveness and creativity were high marks as well as choreography, which scored a 38.
