PELICAN RAPIDS-The Crosby-Ironton Rangers placed fourth in jazz and fifth in kick at the Pelican Rapids Invitational Saturday, Jan. 19.
Wadena-Deer Creek finished eighth in both events.
"There were a lot of great teams at the meet," said C-I head coach Amy Lundgren. "We just weren't as clean as we needed to be when the competition is this close. We had made some changes so will keep drilling to get rid of the errors.
"The team ended up with more points than DGF and Pelican Rapids, but rank scores prevail."
