When Olivia Lane scored 44 points Thursday in Pequot Lakes' 85-18 victory against Hinckley-Finlayson she broke the Patriot girls single-game school record.
2016 graduate Haley Wiebolt set the girls record Jan. 28, 2016, with 42 points against Deer River. Earlier last season, Wiebolt tied the previous girls record with 41 against Roseau.
In the process of breaking the single-game record, Lane finished the game with 1,000 career points.
