Girls Basketball: Nixon and Hirschey named All-State Honorable Mention

Crosby-Ironton’s Karli Nixon and Pine River-Backus’ Rylie Hirschey were named All-State Honorable Mention in their class.

Nixon was named to the Class 2A All-State Honorable Mention team. The senior averaged 16.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.4 assists during the regular season.

Hirschey was named to the Class 1A All-State Honorable Mention team.
