Three players from the state-qualifying Pequot Lakes Patriots highlight this year's Brainerd Dispatch All-Area Girls Basketball team.

The Verndale Pirates, who advanced to the Section 5-1A semifinals landed two players on the team.

Players are nominated by their coaches and then selected by the Dispatch sports staff.
