Kylee Heurung scored 18 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for the Brainerd Warriors in their 74-62 Section 8-4A loss to the Moorhead Spuds Thursday at Brainerd High School.
Hanna Degen recorded 11 points and Ashley Huber and Regan McElfresh both added 10 points for the Warriors, who lost to Moorhead 83-56 Nov. 29.
"The girls came and battled hard tonight, and played with great effort," said Brainerd coach Troy Nelson. "We turned the ball over a little too much, but we held our composure and kept our heads up."
