MONTICELLO-Olivia Tautges posted a team-high 13 points for the Brainerd Warriors who defeated the Monticello Magic 57-50 in a non-conference game Tuesday, Dec. 11
"What a great team win," Warriors coach Troy Nelson said. "We played with wonderful energy again tonight and played good team defense. We moved the ball on offense and had balanced scoring. We also did a good job on the boards against a taller team."
Tautges nailed three of four shots from beyond the arc as the Warriors shot 50 percent (7 of 14) from downtown.
Lily Horn and Myah Nelson each added 10 points for Brainerd.
