The Brainerd Blue girls team finished the Northwest Conference regular season in first place with a 10-2 record March 25.

At Jack's House in Brainerd, the Blue defeated Perham 5-0, lost to Fergus Falls Maroon 3-2 and beat Brainerd Silver 4-1. High bowler for the day was Shakira Wara with 86-percent fills.

Brainerd Silver won its first two conference matches defeating Fergus Falls Gold and Detroit Lakes. High bowler for the day was Amaya Houle with 71-percent fills.

The Northwest Conference tournament is scheduled April 8 at Northern Aire Lanes in Fergus Falls.
