EDINA-Goalie Olivia King stopped all 20 shots she faced as Class 2A's ninth-ranked Brainerd/Little Falls Warriors blanked the seventh-ranked Maple Grove Crimson 2-0 in the semifinals of the Walser Invitational Thursday, Dec. 27, at Braemar Arena.
Cheyenne Abear scored both BLF goals in the opening period at 2:57 and tallied again at 16:20.
Sophie Robinson and Abby Pohlkamp each collected two assists as the Warriors won their fifth-straight game and improved to 11-2-1.
The Warriors play the Edina/Breck winner for the title Friday, Dec. 28. Edina is ranked No. 1 in 2A. Breck is ranked No. 2 in 1A.
