Girls Hockey: Brainerd blanks Bemidji

BEMIDJI — Warrior goalie Breya Sawyer only made five saves, but those were the only shots she faced as Brainerd/Little Falls outshot the Bemidji Lumberjacks 50-5 on their way to a 4-0 win in a non-conference matchup Friday, Dec. 6.

Lindsey Booth opened the scoring with an assist from Shaylee Stroot and Reagan Aus recorded her first varsity goal with assists from Emma Smith and Mari Pohlkamp for a 2-0 lead at the first intermission.

Gabbie Smith made it 3-0 in the third period assisted by Josie Kraemer. Stroot wrapped up the scoring with an assist going to Taylor Larson.
