ST. CLOUD - Allie Cornelius scored twice in the game's final three minutes as the St. Cloud Icebreakers shaded the Brainerd Warriors 2-0 in the Central Lakes Conference opener for both teams Tuesday night.
Cornelius tallied on a power play at 14:03 of the third and scored into an open net with 10 seconds remaining.
Olivia King stopped 18 of the 19 shots she faced for Brainerd which outshot the Icebreakers 24-12 through two periods.
