The Brainerd Warriors received the No. 1 seed heading into the Section 8-2A tournament.
Brainerd (19-4-1) will host No. 8 Moorhead (2-20-3) 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9 at Essentia Health Sports Center in the quarterfinals.
A victory would have them hosting the winner of No. 4 Sartell (14-10-1) vs. No. 5 Buffalo (15-7-2) Tuesday, Feb. 12.
On the other side of the bracket No. 2 Roseau (19-4-1) will host No. 7 Bemidji (7-16-1), while No. 3 North Wright County (19-5-0) will host No. 6 St. Cloud (10-14-0).
Both semifinal games will be played at the high seed Tuesday, while the championship game will be played 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15 at a neutral site.
