The Brainerd/Little Falls Warriors are seeded No. 1 in the Section 8-2A tournament and have earned a first-round bye.
No. 9 Bemidji travels to No. 8 Buffalo in a play-in game at 7 p.m. Thursday. The winner plays at Brainerd in the quarterfinals at 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
In other quarterfinal games Thursday, No. 5 Moorhead is at No. 4 Sartell/Sauk Rapids at 7:30 p.m., No. 7 North Wright County is at No. 2 Roseau at 4 p.m. and No. 6 River Lakes is at the No. 3 St. Cloud Icebreakers at 2:30 p.m.
Semifinals are at 7 p.m. Feb. 14 at the high seeds.
The championship is at 7 p.m. Feb. 17 at a neutral site.
