GRAND RAPIDS-Macey Peterson notched three goals to lead the Brainerd Warriors in an 11-4 loss to Grand Rapids Tuesday.
The Warriors were in search of their first win of the season, but the Thunderhawks led 8-4 at the half and Brainerd was shut out in the second half.
Josie Kramer scored the other Warrior' goal and Brittney Fletcher, Kate Kurtzman and Heidi Jacobson tallied assists.
Audrey Collins stopped nine Grand Rapids' shots.
