ST. CLOUD — Emma Sheflo scored three first half goals and tallied an assist in a 9-0 Brainerd Warriors victory over St. Cloud Apollo in a Central Lakes Conference game Tuesday, Sep 8.
Sheflo’s first goal, on an assist from Mari Devine, came at the 12th minute of the first half. The next three shots, with two coming from Sheflo and one from Hailey Nelson, all went in the net to give the Warriors a 4-0 lead at 19:59.
In the 40th minute of the first half, Gabby Eckman scored on an assist from Emma Balsley to give Brainerd a 5-0 lead at the half.
Avery LeMieur scored twice in the second half and Paige Yeager and Devine each scored a goal for the final tally of 9-0.
Gracelyn Dickinson faced four shots and stopped all of them as the Warriors moved to 4-0 for the season.
